Hello everyone I have been doing TR for about a year now. I have lost about 50lbs (315-265lbs) and 100 watt FTP (308 currently). I do mostly 16:8 during hard workouts and 24 hr fast during rest days. I have done aerobic workouts fasted for 24 hours and do not feel like I needed to fuel at all. My question is, how can I better utilize IF with TR?
