What TSB is recommended for new ramp test and/or to start new training block

How much recovery or +TSB is recommended for doing a ramp test?
Also if I decide to forego a ramp test and go with the new FTP that TrainerRoad FTP AI detection recommends how much recovery or +TSB should I aim for to start new training block?

Had to google what TSB was and I see it’s a TrainingPeaks specific term referring to “form”. In TR, a FTP test is always preceded by a recovery week. A recovery week prior and FTP test is also scheduled before each training block. If you use Plan Builder TR will automatically schedule these for you. With the new AI FTP detection the recovery week is less crucial prior to a FTP increase, but would still be recommended before starting a new training block.
