Question: There was a podcast I listened to a few weeks ago that I can’t recall the what one it is but… it’s not that important here… but the info given was… Chad responded to a writer about how Mid/High volume was to much considering his busy work and life schedule and if there was a way to get the same work out with out having a 5 day work out. Chad mentioned about dropping one day, say Thursday or something to that effect. Can anyone confirm asking because I’m in the same boat? Between Life Im Busy and get burned out ofter 3 SSLV work outs a week and and can only fit 2 work outs a week in now. Just wondering what would be the best ones to keep.
