Had a quick search but this was a hard one to find. I have a smart trainer and power pedals. I have used the pedals until now power matching to be consistent. However, I’m wondering if I can avoid swapping the pedals onto my trainer bike every session from my road bike. I know my smart trainer reads higher but plan to test to find out exactly. This leads to the headline question, what would people accept as a difference from their ‘baseline PM’ in return for some convenience? 2%? 5%?
Separately if I find the difference is huge does anyone know if Tacx Flux S trainers can have an offset applied to them? Can’t see an option in app. Thanks!
