What is your superbowl workout?

For those of us unable to watch Superbowl 2021 with others (due to Covid or other factors), why not spin the legs and watch? What workout are you thinking of doing, if any? Personally, I’m considering Billy MItchell and will likely extend the warmup and cooldown to gain an addition 30 minutes. I’m in SSP2 high volume so it fits my current plan OK.

Lazy Mountain about an hour before it starts.

Watching live from the Uk means an all-nighter so I don’t want to tire myself out before the kickoff or I’ll be asleep by the start of the second half :joy:

Wright Peak -2. Contemplating bumping it up a few % to get into sweet spot zone proper.

I will be watching Super bowl…but here is UK it kicks off at about 11.30PM and is a VERY late night. I usually only watch until half time but this year as lockdown and working from home no need to Get up early so might watch it all…just wish they’d shorten half time and get on with 2nd half!!!

The super-what? The what-bowl? I don’t know what that is.*

Think you got problems…I’m from the UK and a jags fan. Have been for about 15 years when I got into NFL (they were a fairly new team then so thought good choice for new fan)! Stuck with them through thick and thin…ok pretty much just thin!

Normally I’m on a 12 or 16 oz curl plan for Super Sunday. I think I’ll move to 32oz crowler curls and dispense with the additional glassware since only the kids and wife are around.

I’m not watching because I don’t care - I don’t have OTA only streaming video options - and I don’t know who is playing.

But my workout for tomorrow is an outside 3 hour ride with a 90 minute block at ~80% of FTP :skull_and_crossbones:

Do a 3 hour ride during the Super Bowl without any traffic on the roads!

Capping SSBMVII Week 5 (Wright Peak) along with a Zwift fondo series ride. FYI, the two scheduled group fondo times Sunday are 2:30 and 4:30 EST

Afterwards, beer and pizza rolls while watching the game.

My Super Bowl Sunday will include the final workout of SSBIIMV and frankly recovery week couldn’t be coming at a much better time. Seems my legs, lungs, mind, heart and soul have been under duress over this past week and they sadly have not always been answering the bell. :no_bell:

No matter - Let’s enjoy game day - have fun - eat food - and RIDE! :football: :bike:  :shallow_pan_of_food:

Workout completed: 102 minutes @ IF = 0.79 vs planned of 90 minutes @ IF = 0.8. So I give myself a passing grade

Ride done outside, and had to slow at one point for stopped cars at a light.

As Superbowl is bit late here in UK…Mary Austin kept me company this morning whilst watching cricket (India vs England)…now watching Super bowl…which should finish about 3AM…which is about when cricket starts again in India…hmmm…
