Just did Goddard for the 1st time and loved it! I found it to be a “conditioning” type of workout rather than a “ride”. Heaps of single leg work and conditioning for the quads. Does anyone know of other workouts like Goddard. It would be good to build up a suite of work like this that I could use as a S&C block when I have nothing else on. Stuff that I could use alongside gym workouts for maybe a 4-6 week block.
The only ones that jump to my mind that come anywhere near are possibly Granite and Rattlesnake.
Have you thought about using the workout builder to create you own workouts?
I haven’t looked at the workout builder yet, this is my 2nd week on. But thanks, I’ll have a look at those other 2!
