Weekly Weekday club league plan help!


I am taking part on two xc club leagues taking part every Tuesday and Thursday until the end of June. Its about 45mins long and takes me 100+ mins the cycle there and back. So 2 hours 30 mins+ per ride total.

I am currently on a low volume plan and would like to keep as much fitness as possible for when I go to Switzerland in July to cycle with my brother.

Am I right to stop training during this time? Ill still keep my Sunday mountainbiking long ride as I really really need to skills (I only have been mountain biking since January) but knowing my history I won’t be able to recover more than I am currently doing. Or will you still continue to bring some structure during race season?
