Weekly time in zones - what does yours look like?

I’ve always thought it’d be interesting to see what other people’s weeks look like from “time-in-zone” perspective. It’s usually pretty easy to look at rides on Strava but a lot harder to see what a week for someone looks like and thought it might be of interest to others. This was my week last week, with another 30ish miles of running mixed in & some strength work too.

It’s pretty close to what my 2021 looks like as a whole too.

But what is more interesting is a shift in my training this season:

Contrast that to the last 6 months:

My year so far… Power at mid z2 HR is up +13w on pre-Xmas period and my overall ‘endurance’ is up very noticeably both in steady long rides and spicy group rides!
