Help!

Has anyone had the below issue on a wahoo kickr? Seems to only pickup power about every 30 seconds and then holds that power until it picks up another reading.

I am using a 1st gen kickr with iPhone - Have been using this combination for years without issue and then all of a sudden i have had it it consecutive rides and it renders the ride impossible to finish.

Have tried most of the usual tricks to fix (restart kickr, phone, check settings) without success.

I had the same issue and this is what I did:
1.- I use a ANT+ USB adapter in my computer.
2.- In settings → advanced , I selected the option to disable
3.- paired the Kickr via ANT only.

If you want to run Zwift at the same time, do this:
1.- do the above
2.- Connect the Kicker to Zwift via Bluetooth.
