On the weekends i have a lot more time available to train.
I’m on the Half Distance Triathlon Build Mid Volume.
Is it ok to switch to high volume at weekends?
I have noticed that the main diference is the Over-unders around 1h30m, in the mid volume, and the Long rides around 2h30m + at 65-75%.
What are yours opinions?

Probably fine unless you start to feel like you’re failing to adequately recover before your weekday workouts.
