Trouble getting back into training

Got a really nice cold that’s improving… I’m on day 3 of pausing training. I’ve heard the advice of doing some easy Z1/Z2 work if symptoms above chest, which is where I’m at, but I’m having trouble motivating. Any experience with total loss of desire to train following getting sick? Being training consistently for a year and never had this happen…

Motivation is a common theme in many topics. Not all are sickness related, but some are. Worth a review of what’s already out there.
