I am signed up for the Trans BC Enduro race in July 2024. It is a 6 day race averaging 30km per day with 12-1800 m of climbing per day. I have 2 questions:
What is the best training program to use?
In my training profile selection should I put it in as a stage race? And then do I add all 6 days for each stage?
It sounds like you’re on the right track here! I’d create this event as a single stage race with all six days included. Then, build it out with the most accurate details you can (race duration, pace, priority, discipline, etc.)
From there, use Plan Builder to create a plan of your liking, and make sure to opt to include your scheduled events when it asks. It will create a super solid plan to best prepare you for any/all events on your calendar.
