Training plans guidance

I have been cycling for many years and have reasonable fitness, but have never followed a training plan, just riding how I feel/want. I do not race & cycle because I enjoy it. A few reference points - KM’s per year 8-10,000- age 50- 4.2 W/kg… Rides per week 5/6…

I’m thinking about following a training plan as I want to improve further and would like to do some multi day riding 160km per day and think a plan would be beneficial.
I would be grateful for guidance on which plan would be suitable… thank you.
