Training Plans for Century

New to TR and have used Plan Builder to creat a Plan for my second Century training in September, if it happens at all. Started in Base Phase, mid volume as I am used to working out 4-5 days per week but now wonder if 5 days is too much given that I am playing golf 4-5 days per week, walking the course for now and hitting 700-800 TSS each week, combined cycling, golf and strength training 3 days per week. There is no plan for 4 days per week so am I better off to use the mid volume plan and simply delete the mid week Wednesday workout for this first phase or keep it and see how doing 5 workouts per week effects my performance? My next ramp test is June 9; I am a 65 year old retired man in very good shape and condition, with FTP of 170 at 126 pounds and 5’6” tall. What do you all think?
