Training plan versus calendar

I recently cleared my training plan and setup a new, low volume, plan to train for an endurance event later this year (240km). The calendar has me doing 2no 1hr 30min session on one day and another 2 spread out over the rest of the week. Prior to enabling AT if I went back to review the training plan it only had me doing 3 rides a week. If I continue with the four sessions but spread the 2no 1hr 30 min sessions over two days will this negatively affect my training?

I suspect the calendar has not been cleaned down properly since you removed the plan.
I doubt that you will be scheduled 2 * 90 minutes workouts on the same day on a LV plan.

PS why are you doing a LV plan if training for a 240km event?
