Hello all

I am pretty new to trainer road but so far I am really impressed. I am, however a little confused with the what order I should be doing the training plans.

I am currently almost finished my SSB Low volume 1. I was going to move onto Build Phase low volume.

After re-reading the plans I wonder if I am supposed to do SSB low volume 2 first? Then move onto the build phase

I have seen similar questions posted but I have not come across exactly what I’m looking for. Apologies if this has been answered before.

Yep, SSB LV2 comes next. Then a Build and then a Specialty.

**Trying to stay patient.**

Keep with this advice to do the SSB LV1 and then SSB LV2?

Yep.

Alternatively since this question was originally asked TR has released Plan Builder. You can put your events in and it’ll create a plan for you with the recommended order of plans to follow.

More importantly, Plan Builder will often deviate from this ‘standard’ progression, particularly if you have a long time to train ahead of your ‘A’ event. This season I’ll be doing an extra Build between Base 1 and Base 2, and that seems like a relatively common Plan Builder scenario these days.
