Training plan descriptions

Where can one find the descriptions of the plans? e.g. How do I know the difference between rolling road race vs gravel plans vs XCO?
I’m trying to decide based on a race like the Iceman Cometh which is a 30 mile mostly gravel or seasonal type roads with some punchy climbs. I did XCO and feel a lack of extended threshold or SS work in the specialty phase. I felt like the large amount of short VO2 work was good for what it was for, but lost the (mental) prep for the longer sustainable efforts.
