ever since the new update my daughters account will not work (mine is working fine). I have reached out to support email with no response. on each workout it says “training data needed” then prompts to do a ramp test. she did the ramp test, and it still says the same thing and will not let her start a workout. I imagine TR support is busy, and they might get back to me - but it has been 5 days. manually entering the FTP also does not fix. any suggestions or ideas to fix this problem?
I would clear out all future workouts / delete any plans. This is on the off-chance that a workout or workout type planned in the future is causing the issue.

I think we’re working on this as we speak, but I need to confirm with you since the email address you gave us in your support ticket isn’t associated with a TrainerRoad account.

It looks like this is a age-setting bug with athletes that are 14 years old. We’re working on a fix now!
