It’s likely already been mentioned, but it would be nice to also have a Train Tomorrow in addition to Train Now.
I’d quite like a ‘life is tough’ button that just keeps me ticking along until I’m back to normal. A few times a year my easy office job where I barely need to expel any energy gets very active and I’m only really any good at sitting on my bum at a desk or a bicycle, so it takes me week to recover! I think in future I need to be more proactive in changing the scheduled workouts to something easy, rather then try something and know I’m going to fail and then lose confidence in myself for future workouts.
In the same vein, a button (or whatever) to adjust the plan when recovering from illness, to make sure you ramp up the training in a controlled manner.
I have currently had the flu and the workouts scheduled this week are way to hard to begin with after two weeks of illness and no training,

In these situations I recommend using Workout Alternates if you think the workouts are too hard
Didnt you get adaptation suggestions? Any missed wo usually does that.
