Ever get ambushed by the TR calendar…you know, just when you’re looking at tomorrow’s workout to see what’s in store & you’re all like, ‘SWEET JESUS! Who scheduled that workout?? Is this MY calendar or am I accidentally looking at somebody else’s?’
Well it turned out to be just a normal saturday workout. But I did pull out all the stops with oral bicarb, topical carnosine, and even some caffeine.
