# Trainerroad app visual artefacts

Hi there,

Have been out for a while not using TR, but decided to return, updated desktop app and find I cannot watch, say, youtube and run TR at the same time. What happens is, when I click on the icon on the right bottom corner of the app, TR app resizes itself to the bottom of the screen as it always did, however, instead of completely disappearing from the original location, there remains an inactive screen of TR app halo, on top of everything, blocking everything else. It cannot be moved or lowered, or closed. It only disappears when I close TR app completely. If I restore TR app to normal size, halo isn’t there, but when minimized, halo appears again. Anybody seen this? This is a Win7 machine with Intel graphics.

Recommend taking a screen capture and getting in touch with TR Support.
