Trainer Road put Race on Wrong Actvity - Can I Move It - Plus a couple newbie questions

So I put a race on for today, 21 October 2025. Then I did a warmup ride, and this is what TrainerRoad has marked as the race. Then I had a few minutes left, so rode with Taylor for about 10 minutes, then did the race. So my question is how to I move the B race category to the actual race, and not the warmup? That is if it even matters for what TrainerRoad does behind the scenes in terms of training detection and the like. Even if not, it’d be nice to just have an accurate calendar.

Meanwhile, my as well follow up with some newbie questions.

Like, for a workout like Pioneer -3. Zones are like 89,91, 93, 89, 93, 90, 93, 90, which basically ends up all being the same power in the end for me. Are the zones so tight because my power is so low (127 on TrainerRoad, though after tonight’s race, Zwift moved me from 133 to 144)? Or are the zones that tight even at higher power levels? Also, is the difficulty in keeping them at said zone, more a “I’ll get used to it” after some time, or my trainer (Elite Suito), flat pedals and flat shoes (so I ignore pedal drills, especially one sided, or “pull up” type), combo of some or all the above?

And phenotype, does that really matter? Like TrainerRoad set me as Climber, but, though I live in Pittsburgh, I’m far from a climber yet, and most of my hill climbing in Zwift have been on training rides, group rides, and the like, not sure how much elevation is real, on the pedals.

Thank You

Wrong Association happens when you split rides etc as you’ve found out you just need to go into Calendar>Click on the Warm Up Ride>Scroll down to the bottom (To see what TRWorkout/Event its associated to) and >Click Edit> Disassociate with ………… (You might need to do the same thing with the group ride after if it reassociates to it).

Some workouts are broken up like Pioneer -3 just to remove the monotony, I wouldn’t worry, just ride.

Pedal drills are entirely optional. I opt out of the single sided stuff, as I’ve only got a single sided powermeter (If I were to unclip the left there’d be no power meter reading).

I wouldn’t worry to much about your Phenotype either; to me its just a nice to see thing.

Thank you! I was clicking the edit, which brought up the side bar, didn’t scroll down, and I guess I missed it in the details way down at the bottom, totally missed it. Thank you very much.
