TR Workout (or a few) for the rollers of Kona

I’m doing Kona 2022 for the 1 st time!! Yea. I’ve been on the course before. Obviously has endless rollers/hills out and back. Obviously going to need to do a little more power up those rollers/hills.
Q: are there a few TR workouts that should be emphasized to get ready for an endurance effort of 6 hrs, but needing to do some spiking of power to get over these rollers?
