A few months ago I downloaded a few workouts from trainer road to Garmin connect, then to my Garmin device. I completed them and the whole process worked great. I want to do these workouts again however my FTP is now higher. If I update my FTP in Garmin connect and or my Garmin device will the workout on my device adjust accordingly. Or will I have to re download the workout?

Thank you

Interested in this as well, as my outdoor FTP is higher than my indoor by about 20W due to discrepancies between my trainer power and crank PM on the road bike. I’ve been assuming the outdoor workout uses the FTP in my garmin as the reference point rather than my TrainerRoad FTP.
