It never ceases to amaze me how hard it is to maintain a very low power for a reasonably long time. These workouts are tough. But still not long enough to take me all the way through Paris Nice.
Good work, and thanks for the reminder about these longer workouts. I haven’t been using a TR plan due to a coach arrangement, but sometimes he has me doing 4-5 hour Zone 2 workouts. Some of these longer TR workouts would be perfect when an outdoor option isn’t possible.
