The next indoor training breakthrough?

Reading posts about the difference people experience in their FTP indoors vs outdoors with outoors being higher, it seems that closing this gap will be the next big leap in training.

Whether it is cooling, bike movement or some other undiscovered factor, wouldn’t the ability to produce more power in training lead to greater improvements?

Am I missing something?

Coach Frank Overton was talking about this…Basically he said biomechanics and physiology are not the same thing.
