The Ironman Training 2020 Thread

I use StrongLifts 5x5 app and method lifting 3/week in this phase of the year, down to 1/week for 2021. I tried more last season but it affected my sessions too much.

Ive been reading Joe Friels training bible, his strength recommendations havent really adjusted my views on 5x5 much but I might introduce power clean which he feels supports swimming.
