That ride where you have no power whatsoever 😆

After a week of 90 min- 2hr steady rides, (plus I work a physical job), I went out this morning and had nothing to give. Changed my hills at tempo plan to just ride flat, then downgraded some more to just try get in 2hrs of super easy.
Made me smile. Good old fashioned running out of juice.
Back home now for coffee, eggs, porridge and a nap. Should put me back on course.
I find it a nice confirmation that I must have done a decent week of training to feel this knackered.
