Will using the tacx neo road feel to simulate cobbles help maintain your bone density because it is weight-bearing?

Doubt it.

No, it’s a minor feeling through the drivetrain. If you want bone density, you need running, strength training or other weight bearing activities.

Tried it 2 days ago. I can feel an increase in resistance through the drivetrain but not an arm pump.
