Switching to Masters plan midplan

I know it has been covered before but for the life of me I cant figure out how to do it. I want to change to a Master’s plan midplan. Where can you get to the screen where you can toggle it on and off?

  • On desktop, scroll the Calendar to ensure you’re showing dates that fall within the plan’s scope
  • This will cause the plan name to be shown at the very top of the screen, to the right of the TRAINERROAD logo - click on the plan name
  • Click the Edit Plan button
  • on the Training Schedule page/tab that opens, click on the Settings nut
  • Choose the 2 Days option under Intense Days Per Week; Apply & take it from there…

Yeah, I got to the clicking on plan name but then the only option I get is to delete it.;

In the Training Plan Overview if you scroll down are you seeing ‘Edit Plan’

If so it takes you on to this page, and bringing up ‘settings’ (towards the top right) lets you customise it:

PS if it makes a difference click on a phase start in the calendar at the start of my current Phase (IMC 2 Dec 25) to bring up the Training Plan Overview. Maybe that your issue your selecting a future date :thinking:

I emailed support@ turns out you cant toggle masters on/off on the old legacy plans, only in plan builder.

Steered by that I notice now from your screenshot that you’re on “General Build - Mid Volume”…

Looking at the difference between regular and Masters variants of that plan, I see that the Masters plan ditches the Anaerobic w/o in the first 3 work weeks (leaving you with VO2max + Threshold) and ditches the VO2max w/o in the second 3 work weeks (leaving you with Anaerobic + Threshold), so you could always mimic that by deleting the relevant intensity w/o per week.

That is what support suggested I do.
