Given your physique (you seem like a typical Mesomorph), if you want to drop some weight in the upper body, just increase your riding volume a few extra hours a week.

If you are lifting consistently, keep leg day, core/trunk, and dynamic movement work. If you drop the upper body days and add riding volume, you should lean out within 8-12 weeks.

If you are concerned about maintaining similar upper body strength, there is some workout timing to keep the maintenance strength while losing mass.
