Structured lifting plans for upper body and arms

All my training gains are due to the structure of TrainerRoad. It’s super simple. I just do as prescribed.

Is there something similar available out there for weight training? Ideally stuff you can do at home without excessive investments. So basically body weight or dumbbells.

My only and main goal is to look better naked. I got the legs. Thanks TrainerRoad. Upper body and arms not so much. :joy::sweat_smile:
I mostly want to do it for the misses. She is super tolerant and supporting with my 12+ weekly bike hours. So I figured she might as well get something out of it. To give you an idea of what I have in mind. It’s a combination of the guys from 300 and Froome. :muscle:t4:
