Striped +1, 180% FTP


I’m going to do the Striped +1 tomorrow.

It requires a 180% FTP in the workout, does anyone know if there are supposed to be seated or standing?


I did Striped last week. Most of the repeats were supposed to be seated.

Out of a set of 6 the in ride text called for one to be standing (although controlled) with the rest seated.

Sorry I can’t answer exactly but gives you an idea
