Hi
I have couple of B races in July (100km road bike) and September (100k gravel) and an A race in October (4k feet climb challenge). I have created a masters plan.

I am doing 2 days of weight training using DialedHealth and use my apple watch to record it.

I notice trainer road doesnt import these and account for my strength training stress using

1. How to adjust the training plans to account for strength exercises
2. How to import these strength workouts in trainer roads? It doesnt import automatically from strava

Hey there,

Improving how Adaptive Training sees strength training is something we are actively working on right now – stay tuned for more info on that, we’ll be sure to post about it!

In the meantime, you can add your strength sessions to your TR Calendar as a “Non-Cycling Activity.” The link below goes over how to do so:

- [Non-Cycling Activities and Calendar](https://support.trainerroad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015924072-Non-Cycling-Activities-and-Calendar)

If you feel particularly sore/fatigued from a difficult strength workout, feel free to use [Workout Alternates](https://support.trainerroad.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402284012571-How-to-use-Workout-Alternates) to select a workout at a lower [Workout Level](https://support.trainerroad.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061003592-Workout-Levels) that might be more “Achievable” for that day. You could also replace an interval workout with an easier Endurance or Recovery ride, or even take the day completely off to rest if you’re really feeling the effects of your strength workout.

Hope this helps – feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions!
