I just created an edited version of Bluebell at 115% of FTP instead of the default 120% with the Workout Creator. I’m not sure I want to actually use it as it’s showing an IF of 0.01 for some reason 
Hmm, this is definitely an error. Go ahead and reach out to our Support Team at support@trainerroad.com so that we can take a closer look.
In the meantime, you can go ahead and complete the workout as normal. This appears to be an IF display error, and not an actual error with the workout. When you complete the workout, you will be able to see what the IF actually was for the workout (and it won’t be 0.1).
