Stealth PL v 2.0??
I’m doing a low volume plan, and today’s workout was scheduled to be a 90 minute breakout threshold workout.
Instead, I moved the workout to tomorrow and opted for a relatively unstructured 1 hour Z2/3 ride with a few miles of tempo.
When I uploaded my ride, I got a notice that tomorrows workout has been changed from a breakout to a productive workout. I’m working on the assumption it looked at today’s outdoor unstructured ride and my existing training/fatigue/history and opted to give me a ride I could complete rather than one I’d likely fail.
This is exactly how I want TR to behave. If it’s a stealth upgrade, then kudos to the programmers.
