About to start my first build block, General Build MV. My question is right now the workout order is:
T: VO2 Max
W: Endurance
Th: Threshold
Sa: Anaerobic
Su: Sweet Spot
I’m concerned about doing a 90 minute threshold workout on Thursdays after work. I generally have to psyche myself up for those on Saturday mornings, when I typically did those 90 minutes over/under sessions for SSB2.
Anyone see an issue if I were to swap the Th and Sa workouts? I don’t have nearly as hard a time with vo2max/anaerobic workouts. If anything, I kind of look forward to them instead of long intervals slogs, lol.
