Ive got a few weeks until the 21 base season starts, and looking to just maintain what ive built up in anticipation/hope of a CX season that didnt happen. I took a rest week and now Ive been doing some SS workouts and a few V02 efforts here and there sprinkled with outside riding, but curious if there is just an “entire kitchen sink” workout that wont kill me but will touch on all of the systems to keep them firing until i start base in earnest?
Yes, there’s one I like a lot:
Take a look at the shorter Disaster -2 workout: https://www.trainerroad.com/app/cycling/workouts/568530-disaster-2
How about Buckhorn? 3x20 sweetspot intervals preceded by 30 second hard start intervals @ 150%
Maybe check out Junction also.
fun, fun, fun…
