I have a Crux with the stock SRAM Rival on it. On the stand, the front brake works fine. But when I am leaning in the slightest (think taking a corner), it causes the brake to rub. I have pushed and cleaned the pads and pistons. I have also checked the spoke tension on the wheel. I don’t think it is the caliper, since I’ve put a different wheel on and don’t have the problem. But the other wheel does have a Shimano rotor, so that may be affecting my results.

What else could it be?

It’s my understanding that the shimano rotors are thinner than your sram ones. You could try putting the shimano rotor on your problem wheel and see if it makes a difference.
