Does anyone else find it funny that the in-ride instructions of Spencer +2 “invite” you to nudge up the intensity of the next interval? Just in case you weren’t already turned inside out at minute 2 of the 3 min. interval.
Tough workout…and great race simulation. Talk about building mental toughness. Just hang in for 3 minutes, and chances are the pace will drop down to something a bit more manageable!
