My A race is 4 laps of the below. I’m debating my speciality when I’m done with general build I am currently in. It looks like rolling road race? A lot of the courses are similar here in that there’s a single feature where selections can take place each lap. I am concerned the lack of anaerobic workouts in MV rolling road will leave me exposed on the late climb particularly as a heavier rider. Any thoughts

I’m not really sure, but to help move your conversation along, I think it’s more aerobic capacity and aerobic conditioning that will limit your ability to make the selection, or more importantly recover from the effort to make the selection in an 84km road race.
