So a fairly minor gripe here, but one I thought I’d share anyway! My issue is when there is a moving power target, usually for a minute between longer intervals (e.g andrews) or in the cool down although I’m sure some of the longer threshold intervals do it too (e.g. Darwin).
Since I’m on a dumb trainer with a power meter these can be quite awkward to control - in fact I usually end up just aiming roughly where I think the new target would settle. I appreciate on Erg mode these wouldnt be an issue.
Is there a benefit/reason to having these moving transitions and power targets? If not it would be great to have the option to ignore them or select a workout that doesnt have them.
