I sync my workouta from TrainingPeaks into TrainerRoad to control the turbo etc. If I decide to skip/scrub forward though TrainerRoad seems to still record/insert power/time values for the skipped section, i.e. when looking at the subsequent saved workout it doesn’t look like any of it was skipped.
See the section circled in the workout screenshot where I skipped forward. It’s like it takes a value, maybe the value right at point of skipping? and uses that value for the entirety of the skipped section
Yea, it seems to pin hr/power to a constant value, maybe the value it happened to be at when you imitated the scrub forward? You can see the flat purple power line just below the popup, it’s pinned at a constant value of 169, hr and cadence values are also pinned at their own constant value
Basically means you get invalid TSS for the workout as it thinks you’ve done more than you have. If I started a 2 hour interval and scrubbed it forward after 5 mins it would still log/count 115 mins of a perfectly constant power and heart rate.
Didn’t realise you’d pulled my actual workout, the second screenshot is from May 23rd for reference as my coach tried to fix the workout I originally listed.
If it helps, if done through a well known competitor beginning with Z it doesn’t cause it to happen, skipping works fine when done through it
