Shishapangma labeled incorrectly

The workout Shishapangma is mislabeled as a V02 max workout when its actually anerobic, the 50 sec on/50 sec off intervals are at 125% of FTP. It gives you progression in V02 max as well. I noticed several other V02 max workouts with intervals at 125-130%…am I missing something? I thought the range on V02 max was 105-120%?
