Hello all,

I am roughly 1/2 through Sustained Power Build and this week I got sick. I want to take the rest of the week off to rest and recover. I was wondering if there was a way within the TrainerRoad Calendar if I could shift the entire plan a week, basically skipping the week I am sick?
I know I can manually move each workout within the calendar but it would be a pain to do the rest of the plan one by one.

Thanks.

Yeah, its called “push week” and is available on the calendar. Just click on the 3 dots on the right hand side of the week number.

Note that you can’t push the current week, so you’ll have to push the following week and then manually move the current weeks workouts individually.

EDIT: this works on the website on the PC, but I don’t think there’s functionality to do it from the app, at least on android
