Self-made target events for Track/Crit longer term plan?

Well, not terribly surprised, but I have to take my A travel based event off my calendar for July. So, given a very uncertain road calendar here in Ontario, Canada (and unclear fall CX), I’m now looking at late 2021/early 2022 track based events and a 2022 road/crit focus. So long winded background at the question - what self-made crit/track energy system events have people put in their calendar to align Plan Builder over such a long term, and how often have they put them in? I guess shorter strava segment KOM attempts, 2k and 500m PR attempts, etc - but open to any suggestions (and timing). Just trying to find a few things in to both keep the plan builder in a good base/build/specialty rotation as well as keep some level of motivation.
