I wouldn’t worry too much. As with all workouts it’s not about nailing an individual workout perfectly, but about consistently completing it. Besides a few watts either way can just be because you had a decent night’s sleep.

As far as I can remember the guide was the maximum heart rate you got to in the final interval, he recommends not exceeding a percentage of max, was it 92%, haven’t read the article for quite a while now.
