I’m hoping to return to consistent training for the first time in about a year. I have been running and riding (little to no power data) during this time. I’m leaning towards doing a ramp test, but not sure if AI detection would be just fine. Thoughts?

If you’ve mostly been running and riding with little to no power data, that means AI FTP Detection may not have enough data to give you an accurate detection. We’d recommend a Ramp Test in this case.
