Replace Godard +1 with some other workout

Hi there,

I am currently doing the sweet spot base low volume plan, and I am in week 2. I see that the workout “Godard” focuses on individual leg drills. I am unable to do them as I use a single sided power meter (vector 3s), and I don’t think that the workout is intense enough. What workout can I do instead?

Try looking at a workout in the mid or high volume plan that is in about the same position as Godard
