I enjoy TR since couple of months now and plan to be more consistent starting next month, following the High Volume plan, doubling Base and Build phase, my next A race being beginning of August.
I am listening to TR podcasts and always interested while hearing some extra benefits outside of training but I don’t think Red Light Therapy benefit has ever been raised.
Has anyone ever tried it and experienced any real benefits ?
There is a lot of publications on benefits but I am looking for user (cyclist) experience and feedback.
